Hunton – Outline planning and sale of 15 dwellings

This instruction followed the full DDR model: planning promotion and disposal delivered by the same team from first conversation to completion. We began with a desktop appraisal and site visit, then prepared and submitted the outline application with access considered. Throughout the planning process, we managed the relationship with the local planning authority, responded to consultee comments, and kept the landowner informed at every stage. After consent, we handled the disposal directly — identifying the buyer, negotiating the terms and coordinating with the solicitors on both sides to achieve a swift completion.
